On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s Chicago addresses, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Malda arranged a Devotees Convention on 8th July 2018. The Convention was attended by more than 700 persons arriving from various places of Malda district. The addresses of Swami Vivekananda delivered in Chicago, their historical significance and their impact on the history of the country in general were discussed in the convention. Swami Balabhadrananda and Swami Shivapradananda were the guest speakers at the convention.
