The Gospel of Sri Ramkrishna has touched the lives of hundred people. One becomes spiritual merely by reading the Kathamrita.

This is where M wrote the Kathamritha and now it is an integral part of Ramakrishna Math and Mission.
So many spiritual aspirants have passed through the portals of this sacred spot.
It is Sri Sri Thakur’s will that this place is now consecrated

It’s great to note that ‘Kathamrita’-kar Sri ‘M’ and his Bhawan has been given so much importance in front of the Public as a whole. However, Mission has to publish more and more books highlighting the life and mission of this great son of Mother Bengal not only as writer of ‘Kathamrita’ but also as an eminent Scholar, Educationist, Philosopher & an Ideal Man. Why Mother Bengal has stopped producing person of this stature- that has to be found out and suitable environment to be strived for by all of us.

This is an historic event. Sri Mahendranath Gupta and his Kathamrita was an instrument to bring so many jewels of Calcutta in Ramakrishna Math and Mission. Now we are delighted that Kathamrita Bhawan is a sub centre of Ramakrishna Math and Mission. Jay Thakur, Ma, Swamiji.
