In continuation of series of programmes jointly organized by Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Jalpaiguri and Ramakrishna Mission, Darjeeling to mark the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sister Nivedita, the last but one was organized at Dinabandhu Manch, Siliguri, on 1 July, 2017. The ceremony was received a tremendous response from the people. Around 700 devotees, admirers, students and youth attended the function to pay their homage . Revered Swami Sarvalokanandaji Maharaj, addressed the gathering.
Apart from lectures and students’ cultural programme, the Light and Sound show by Shipra –Vision Sanstha of Bhilai-Chattisgarh was performed. The programme ended with National Anthem. Complementary gifts were distributed among the attending audience.
