Ramakrishna Math, Dhaka, observed Guru Purnima amidst due solemnity and spiritual fervor on 19 July, 2016. A devotees’ convention set with several events like Vedic chanting, japa & meditation, reading out from the scriptures, devotional songs, aratrikam, pushpanjali, was held at the temple from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. with the participation of monastic brothers and devotees. Swami Dhruveshananda Maharaj discussed on the significance of Guru Purnima. About 800 People attended the program. Cooked prasad was served to the devotees after the program.
