As part of the 125th anniversary of the Ramakrishna Mission, Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur organized a programme on 16 April 2023, with the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the members get to exposure to the ideas of Swami Vivekananda.
Dr. Seetharaman, former CEO of Doha Bank, Qatar (he was recognized and conferred by the Government of India with the prestigious Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award, the highest honor conferred on overseas Indians by the Government of India) gave the keynote address on ‘Glorious past India and promising present India’. His talk was based on the nation-building ideas of Swami Vivekananda. Nearly 150 members attended the programme. Swami Vimurtananda concluded the session by displaying how Ramakrishna Mission is serving people at large.
