Ramakrishna Mission Students’ Home, Chennai conducted the concluding function of the 125th Anniversary of Ramakrishna Mission on May 1, 2023. Revered Swami Gautamananda ji, Vice President, Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission and Adhyaksha, Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, presided and blessed the occasion during the Concluding Celebrations. Revered Maharaj released a video with audio in the Tamil language on the Ramakrishna Movement titled “மனிதநேயத்தில் மலரும் தாமரை” on this occasion.
Grocery items were also distributed to 25 poor widow mothers during the occasion.
Swami Padmasthananda ji Maharaj also graced the occasion. Sri S. Gurumurthy, Editor, Thuglak, & Director, Reserve Bank of India, was the Chief Guest. He spoke on “Ramakrishna Mission and its Goal”. Other dignitaries also graced the function along with well-wishers, old students, staff, and students. Swami Satyajnanananda, Secretary of the Students Home welcomed the guests and invitees.
