On 15th of August 2023, a new tailoring unit was inaugurated in Pennandur with 5 sewing machines, by Ramakrishna Math, Nattarampalli. It’s a four months course with 10 students undergoing training at a time. It’s a remote village with around 30 hamlets nearby. The tailoring course will be of great help to boost their economic conditions to a certain extent.
