Ramakrishna Math, Madurai, organised a three-day training program for school teachers on 25, 26, 27 August 2023.
The teachers were trained by experienced trainers from the renowned Vidya Bharati organisation.
A total of 45 teachers who teach students up to fourth grade from fourteen schools were selected for this training program.
The program provided training to teachers on all-round personality development for children, basic child psychology, and learning activities for children. The aim is to improve the teaching techniques of the teachers and educate them on how they can inculcate Indian cultural values among students in a natural way.
The program was beautifully structured to enhance the skill set of teachers and equip them to become better facilitators.
