5th Phase: 19 Oct 2023
Ramakrishna Math, Bagda, distributed 50 sarees, 34 ladies’ apparels with perfume, hankies & girls’ accessories and 16 sets of full pant and shirts, hankies & perfumes were distributed among 50 mothers of the GAP children, 34 girls and 16 boys respectively at the centre, under Puncha Block of Purulia district on 19 October 2023.
3rd and 4th Phase: 18 and 19 Oct 2023
Ramakrishna Math, Bagda, conducted the third and fourth phase of saree and garments distribution at Kumari High School campus under Manbazar-II Block and Keshargarh Shri Krishnananda Vidyapith campus under Hura Block of Purulia district on 18 October 2023 and 19 October 2023 respectively.
200 sarees, 100 lungis and 100 towels were distributed among 200 women and 100 men from the said camps.
2nd Phase: 16 Oct 2023
Ramakrishna Math, Bagda, conducted the second phase of distribution of clothings among needy villagers on the occasion of Durga Puja, on 16 October 2023 at Jabarrah High School Campus under Hura Block of Purulia district.
116 sarees, 100 lungis and 100 towels were distributed and the recipients were 100 men and 116 women.
1st Phase: 14 Oct 2023
Like previous years, Ramakrishna Math, Bagda, conducted welfare camps for distribution of clothings among needy villagers on the eve of the “Sharadiya Durga Puja”.
The first phase of the service was started on the auspicious day of Mahalaya, 14 October 2023, at Goalagara Path Mandir Campus under Puncha Block and Shishu Bharati Bidyamandir under Manbazar-I Block of Purulia district.
400 sarees, 300 lungis, 300 towels and 100 T-shirts were distributed to needy men and women.
