The 35th Annual Scientific Conference of Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan’s Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences was held in the Seva Pratishthan on 24th, 25th & 26th November, 2023.
This year the Conference was held in the backdrop of the 125th Foundation of Ramakrishna Mission.
The inauguration ceremony was held on 25th November, 2023 (Saturday) at 10-00 a.m. at Dayananda Hall. Srimat Swami Suviranandaji Maharaj, General Secretary, Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission was the Chief Guest. Dr. Aniruddha Neogi, Special Secretary and Director of Medical Education, Govt. of West Bengal, was the Guest of Honour.
About 450 persons attended the inauguration programme, including Monastic Members, Doctors, PGTs, Nursing & Paramedical Students, Staff Nurses and other Healthcare Service Providers.
Various Special Scientific Sessions consisting of Lectures, Symposiums, Presentation of Scientific Papers, Award Papers, Posters, Cultural Programmes were held during the 3-day Conference.
