On May 4th, 2024, the Ramakrishna Math and Thanjavur Elite Lawyers organised a Symposium on “Advocates- Moulders of the Society”.
- A senior lawyer and former Advocate General of Tamil Nadu, Sri A. L. Somayaji, spoke about famous lawyers from the past.
- Hon. Judge G. R. Swaminathan gave a short talk on the essential qualities that lawyers should have.
- Swami Vimurtananda delivered a benediction.
- Around 100 lawyers participated in the event. Each lawyer received two books of Swami Vivekananda.
