Ramakrishna Mission, Haflong, Assam

On September 7, 2024, the Ramakrishna Mission Haflong Centre organized a vibrant “Srimad Bhagavad-Gita Shloka Chanting Competition” for students from nearby schools. The event featured three categories: Classes III-V (5 shlokas), Classes VI-VIII (8 shlokas), and Classes IX-XII (10 shlokas).

The competition garnered enthusiastic participation from students, parents, and school administrators. To prepare participants, the Centre conducted an orientation class to guide them through the chanting process. A total of 72 students from various schools participated, with the top performers receiving prizes and all participants receiving certificates of participation.
