Ramakrishna Math, Rajkot, commemorated the 131st anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s historic Chicago Address with a Youth Convention on September 11, 2024.
The event included speeches by prominent figures like Shri Kamalsihn Dodiya, Vice-Chancellor of Saurashtra University, and renowned Gujarati writer and educationist Shri Haresh Dholakia. Ms. Darshanaben Dholakia, a former professor at KSKV Kutch University, also shared her insights. The program featured inspiring videos, including a documentary on Swami Vivekananda’s Chicago speech.
Approximately 520 young people and their teachers attended the convention, which concluded with the distribution of Swami Vivekananda’s books to all participants.
