Free Medical Camps
Ramakrishna Mission, Digboi, organized its second and third free medical camps on September 8, 2024, and September 15, 2024, respectively. The camps were supervised by Dr. Arindam Ganguly of Sonari, Charaideo.
A total of 28 people were medically examined on September 8, 2024, and 27 people on September 15, 2024. Free medicines were distributed to the patients as per the doctor’s prescriptions.
The mission has also partnered with a local clinical lab to provide services at a minimal cost. These health check-ups will continue on a regular basis on the 2nd and 3rd Sundays of every month.
Free Routine Immunization Camp
A free Routine Immunization Camp in collaboration with Digboi CHC under Ketetong Block PHC was held on September 25, 2024, at the ashram premises.
During the camp, TD-1 and TD-2 immunizations were provided to 3 pregnant women and 31 children.
