Ramakrishna Mission, Indore, has taken a significant step towards promoting education in remote rural areas. On October 25, 2024, the Mission distributed essential educational materials to 780 students from 18 government schools in the Barwaha and Bhikangaon blocks of Khargone and Khandwa districts.
Each student received a pair of shoes, a pair of socks, a sweater, and a woollen cap. Additionally, the schools were provided with the following infrastructure:
- 32 ceramic green boards
- 7 ceiling fans
- 7 almirahs
- 2 bookcases
- 5 Bluetooth speaker sets
- 24 chairs
- 5 iron trunks
- 4 tables
- 1 1000-liter water tank
- 1 500-liter water tank
- 177 steel plates
- 24 steel tumblers
