On January 5th, Srimat Swami Gautamananda ji Maharaj, President, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, graciously inaugurated the newly renovated Natmandira of the Nabadwip Ashrama. He addressed the assembled devotees after the inauguration, followed by a Sadhu Bhandara. Daily, after the evening prayer, enriching programs were held, including musical homages and religious discourses by Swami Kalyaneshananda, Swami Animeshananda, Sri Jayastu Banerjee, and Dr. Siharan Chakrabarty.
During his stay, Most Revered President Maharajji initiated 148 seekers into the spiritual path on January 7th and 8th. He also visited the Baganchra Ashrama on January 6th and toured several significant heritage sites of Nabadwip, including Sri Gouranga Mahaprabhu Janmasthan Ashrama, Mahaprabhu Temple, Porama Temple, and Sonar Gour Govinda Dev Thakur at Rani Rasmoni Kachhari Bari on January 6th and 7th. On January 8th, he inspected various campuses and philanthropic activities of the Ramakrishna Mission, Nabadwip, expressing his satisfaction.
An average of 500 devotees attended the events each day, with an estimated total of 2000 devotees participating in this auspicious occasion.
