Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Tirupati, celebrated National Youth Day on 12th January 2025 with a series of events.
Key Activities:
- Rally: A vibrant rally commenced from Swami Vivekananda Circle (opposite S.V. Government Medical College) and culminated at the Ashrama premises.
- Public Meeting: A public meeting was held at the Ashrama, where dignitaries and community members gathered to commemorate Swami Vivekananda’s life and teachings.
- Student Competitions: In the lead-up to National Youth Day, competitions in Essay Writing, Drawing, and Elocution were conducted for students from various levels, including primary, high school, junior college, undergraduate, and postgraduate.
Participation:
- Schools: 14 schools participated, with a total of 710 students.
- Inter-School Level: 8 participants.
- College Level: 11 participants, totaling 340 students.
Awards:
Prizes in the form of cash and books were awarded to the winners of the competitions on 21st January 2025.
