In preparation for the Sri Sri Thakur’s Janma Tithi Puja/Celebration from March 1st to 3rd, 2025, Kamarpukur Ramakrishna Math organized a ‘Swachh Bharat – Swachh Kamarpukur’ cleanliness drive on February 25, 2025.
The drive commenced at 7:45 AM from the Math and covered the area up to Kamarpukur Chati, where the statue of Swami Vivekananda stands. The team returned to the Math by 10:30 AM.
The drive received enthusiastic support from local clubs, residents, and devotees. Over 100 individuals participated, including approximately 20 shopkeepers who arrived for the Ramakrishna Mela and 25 youth.
Breakfast was served to all participants who started the cleaning drive from the Math. Noon prasad was served to 80 individuals, as others had returned to their duties.
