A half-day spiritual retreat titled “Sri M. Festivity” was organized by the Ramakrishna Mission, Chandigarh on Sunday, 18th April 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The program began with Vedic and Gita Chanting, followed by Readings from Sri Ramakrishna Vachanamrit. This was followed by the chanting of Sri Ramakrishna Ashtottara Nama along with the offering of 108 bilva leaves.
Thereafter, spiritually uplifting speeches were delivered by:
- Swami Anupamananda, Ramakrishna Mission, Kadapa
- Swami Tanmahimananda, Ramakrishna Mission, Shimla
- Talks by a few devotees, including Srimati Nirmal Mittal, Sri M. Trust, Chandigarh
The program also featured soulful bhajans and concluded with Bhoga-arati.
Approximately 300 devotees attended the retreat. Cooked Prasad was lovingly distributed to all present, making the event spiritually fulfilling and joyfully memorable.
