On 11th May 2025, the Ramakrishna Mission, Thirumukkudal, organized a free eye screening camp in collaboration with Sankara Eye Hospital, Pammal, Chennai, at Sathnancheri village. This outreach also benefitted nearby villages such as Veechur, Kavur, Orakattupettai, Kaliapettai, and Kavithangalam.
