Integral Yoga Therapy Camp: Kalady, May 2025

Ramakrishna Advaita Ashrama, Kalady, Kerala


A four-day residential Integral Yoga Therapy Camp was successfully conducted at Sri Ramakrishna Advaita Ashrama, Kalady, from 24th to 28th May 2025, in collaboration with the Centre for Yoga and Naturopathy, Mahatma Gandhi University. The camp was led by Dr. Padbhanabhan T.V., Visiting Yoga Faculty of the Centre.

The camp was inaugurated on 24th May in the esteemed presence of Swami Srividyanandaji Maharaj, Adhyaksha of the Ashrama. 15 participants from different parts of South India took part in this enriching and transformative program.

  • Shatkriyas (Yogic Cleansing Techniques)
  • Asana Practice
  • Meditation & Yoga Nidra
  • Indian Psychology and Yogic Personality Theories
  • Integral Counselling & Group Practices
  • Techniques of Yoga Classroom Teaching & Demonstrations

The sessions were conducted by a team of experienced resource persons, including Swami Brahmaparananda, Swami Kritajnananda, Sri Sreekanth, and Dr. Padbhanabhan T.V.

Participants also had the opportunity to visit local spiritual and cultural landmarks, adding a holistic touch to their yoga experience.

The Valedictory Function, held on 28th May 2025, concluded the camp with the distribution of certificates of participation, marking a successful end to a spiritually uplifting event.
