In May 2025, Vivek Sanjivani, a humanitarian outreach programme of Ramakrishna Mission Home of Service, Varanasi, continued its service efforts across the districts of Mirzapur, Azamgarh, and Sonbhadra. The focus remained on supporting patients with chronic health conditions and enhancing the welfare of underprivileged children through nutritional, educational, and hygiene assistance.
1. Nutrition & Medical Support for Patients with Chronic Illnesses
Mirzapur District
- Naugawan Village (May 14, 15, 20, 21 & 22)
- 50 patients received 50 kg of Daliya
- Kalwari Village
- (May 1, 6, 7, 13, 20, 22, 27 & 29) – 48 patients received 48 kg of Daliya
- (May 7) – 10 orthopaedic patients received 10 hot water bags
- Majhawan Village (May 1, 7, 8, 14, 21, 22, 28 & 29)
