As part of its educational and personality development initiatives, Ramakrishna Mission Swami Vivekananda’s Ancestral House and Cultural Centre conducted a series of soft skill training programmes in June 2025 for nursing students of Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata.
The objective of the training was to equip future healthcare professionals with essential soft skills, including communication, empathy, teamwork, stress management, and professional ethics, thereby enhancing their interpersonal effectiveness and overall professional competence.
A total of 54 nursing students participated in and benefited from these sessions, which were interactive and practice-oriented, encouraging active engagement and self-reflection.
