Ramakrishna Saradashrama, Ponnampet, along with its Naturopathy & Yoga Hospital, observed the International Yoga Day on 21st June 2025, in collaboration with the Ayush Department and various local yoga groups.
Nearly 500 students and devotees enthusiastically participated in the event.
The programme was inaugurated by Sri A. S. Ponnanna, Legal Advisor to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka and local MLA, who lit the ceremonial lamp and delivered the inaugural address. Swami Parahitananda welcomed the gathering.
The theme of this year’s celebration, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” was emphasized by the dignitaries during their speeches. Individuals who had rendered distinguished service in various fields were felicitated on the occasion.

Participation certificates were distributed to all attendees, and lunch prasad was served to conclude the event.
