On June 13, 2025, Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur organized a welfare activity at Mariamman Kovil, where they supported Smt. Saraswathi, an elderly fruit vendor. Recognizing her difficult circumstances—she was earning her livelihood using an old and damaged pushcart—the Math provided her with a brand-new pushcart valued at ₹27,000. This initiative is part of their ongoing efforts to uplift and support the underprivileged in the community.
