On 8 July 2025, during the auspicious visit of Most Revered Swami Gautamananda ji Maharaj, the President, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math, new state-of-the-art dental imaging and treatment facilities were inaugurated at the Vivekananda Health Centre, Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad.
As part of the inauguration, a Dentsply Sirona Orthophos E OPG X-ray unit, generously contributed by KIMS Hospitals, Hyderabad, was installed to enhance diagnostic capabilities. In addition, two multifunctional Confident (Meenakshi) dental chairs, sponsored by the Lions Club (MD320), were also installed.
The upgraded infrastructure is expected to significantly improve the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of dental care at the charitable health centre, which currently caters to 100–120 patients per day in the dental department.
