Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Malda conducted weekly Distress Relief Programmes at the Ashrama campus on all Sundays of July 2025, namely 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th. On each of these occasions, 25 kg of rice and 50 kg of potatoes were distributed per session to the local needy families. The number of beneficiaries were 89, 90, 75, and 82 respectively. Through this initiative, a total of 336 families were supported during the month.
This sustained service initiative reflects the Ashrama’s dedication to alleviating the hardship of economically challenged households in the region.
