The 14th Convocation of the Coimbatore Campus of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute was held on 09 Nov 2019. In total, 202 students received their degrees. 28 students from Faculty of Disability Management and Special Education, 88 students from Faculty of General & Adapted Physical Education and Yoga, 22 from Faculty centre of Computer Science Application & Research and 64 from Faculty centre for Agricultural Education and Research were awarded certificates at Diploma, Degree, Masters, M.Phil, and Ph.D levels.
Swami Atmapriyanandaji, Vice-Chancellor, RKMVERI, presided over the function and delivered the Presidential Address. Dr Sunil Kumar Barnwal, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Jharkhand, was the Guest in Chief and delivered the Convocation Address. Swami Nityadipananda, Ramakrishna Math, Coimbatore delivered the sixth Dr. T.S. Avinashilingam Memorial Lecture on ‘Swami Vivekananda’s Educational Thoughts’.
