Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Lucknow conducted Flood Relief work in Paraspur Gram panchayat covering Bahuwan Madar Majha, Devi Ganj, Lokai Purwa, Bihari Baish Purwa, Godiyan Purwa, Kanni Purwa & Nauwan Purwa villages of Gonda district among the flood affected people uprooted from their hearth & home due to the incessant rains as well as spate of rivers Ghaghra & Sarju during the past few days. After a preliminary survey on 11 October 2022 an initial assessment was made regarding their necessities for medical treatment and requirement of Mosquito nets etc. Accordingly, Medical Relief organized for the flood affected patients in collaboration with Vivekananda Polyclinic & Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow besides door-to-door survey following which mosquito nets and other necessities of daily use were distributed among the flood affected victims.
