Ramakrishna Mission, Jaipur celebrated National Youth Day on 12 January 2023 with a large number of students and guests in attendance. The program schedule for the day was as follows:
The program began with a welcome and instructions for the participants and guests.
Elocution Competition in three categories: Group 1 – Students of classes 6 to 8, Group 2 – Students of classes 9 to 12, and Group 3 – Other Students. The competition was well-received by the participants and the audience. The chief guest for the function, (Additional Police Commissioner, Jaipur) Mr. Ajaypal Lamba, I.P.S, lit the lamps, marking the official start of the program. Monastics of Ramakrishna Mission, Jaipur, conducted Veda lessons for the audience. Swami Devaprabhananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Jaipur presented the welcome address.
Mrs. Shreya Guha, I.A.S, rendered a speech, emphasizing the role of youth in nation-building. Mr. Ajaypal Lamba, I.P.S, rendered a speech, emphasizing the importance of education and discipline in the lives of young people. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the elocution competition and other participants. Dr. R.K Madhok, President, Managing Committee of Ramakrishna Mission, Jaipur, delivered the vote of thanks.
