On Sunday, February 4th, 2024, the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama in Hatamuniguda, Odisha, held its annual Prize Giving Ceremony in the esteemed Vivekananda Hall. The event recognized and celebrated the outstanding achievements of its students.
The program was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Swami Jnanalokanandaji Maharaj, Secretary of the Ramakrishna Mission Swami Vivekananda’s Ancestral House and Cultural Centre in Kolkata. He distributed prizes, awards, certificates, and medals to the deserving winners, inspiring them with a speech that emphasized the crucial role of different components leading to success, highlighting the transformative power of religion.
Principal Sri Ranganath Banerjee took the stage to share a brief report of the year’s activities, showcasing the school’s progress and initiatives. Prior to the prize distribution, Swami Gitatmananda, Secretary, extended a warm welcome to the guests, while Swami Prabhuvarananda proposed a heartfelt vote of thanks at the ceremony’s conclusion.
