The closing ceremony of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was observed at Ramakrishna Mission, Nabadwip, on 15 August 2022, the 76th Independence Day of Mother India.
In the morning the students, teachers, volunteers of Free Coaching Centre & GAP Unit along with many well-wishers and members of the Managing Committee attended the Flag Hoisting Ceremony in the presence of Swami Amareshwarananda, Secretary and Dr. Siharan Chakraborty, President of Nabadwip Centre.
In the afternoon session the students of our Free Coaching Centre and GAP Unit performed recitation, dance and collective songs etc. Swami Amareshwarananda advised the students to do a few easy tasks regularly as a token of service to the Nation. Sri Dipak Saha, Member of M.C. presided over the session and presented many historical events depicting the sacrifices of many for our freedom.
The students were then offered honey, hair oil & antiseptic liquid provided by Dabur India Ltd, and lassi.
