A Blood Donation Camp was organised at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith, Deoghar, in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, Deoghar on 27th January 2024, in the benign presence of Srimat Swami Vimalatmananda Ji Maharaj.
A total of 156 units of blood were collected at the end of the day, which is the highest till now for a single-day-collection at Deoghar.
Shri Vishal Sagar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar and Shri Dipankar Choudhary, IAS, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Deoghar along with other dignitaries from Indian Red Cross Society, Deoghar graced the occasion. Hon’ble Deputy Commissioner himself donated blood at Vidyapith camp to motivate others in this noble endeavour.
