Book Release: Sri Ramakrishna Vachanasudha – A Nepali Translation of The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna

Ramakrishna Ashrama Nepal Kathmandu released a Nepali Translation of The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Ramakrishna Vachanasudha on 11 September 2021, the auspicious occasion of 128th Aninnervery of Swami Vivekananda’s Historic Address at the World’s Parliament of Religion, Chicago. About 50 people were present on the occasion where Dr Jagman Gurung, the Vice-Chancellor, Nepal Academy, was the Chief Guest and Sri Nikhil Upreti, Superstar of the Nepal Films, was the Guest of Honor. Prof.(Dr) Shankar Raj Panta, the translator of the Book, and Prof Gopi Krishna Sharma, who edited the language of the translation, were also present on the occasion. Prof (Dr) Krishna Chandra Sharma, Central Department of the English, Tribhuvan University and Sri Dadhiram Bhandari, the Foreign Secretary, Government of Nepal, were also present among others. Blessings of Revered General Secretary Maharaj, in the form of a video clipping, was also played during the function.
