Our Almora ashrama has observed Sister Nivedita’s 150th birth anniversary both at Oakley House (now Nivedita Cottage) and Kakrighat on 28 October 2017. The vilagers offer their tribute to Sister Nivedita at Kakrighat.The school children of Kakrighat for whose welfare Ramakrishna Kutir, Almora, has taken up a noble project are being introduced to Swami Vivekananda’s teachings and ideals from early stage of life and the process will surely help them developing into ideal human beings.
