Covid-19 vaccination camp was conducted by Ramakrishna Mission, Somsar, on 18 December 2021, in collaboration with Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational Research Institute, Belur Math and Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narendrapur and supported by Karuna Trust, Karnataka. The technical and medical resources of Vivekananda Swasthya Seva Sangha, lead by Dr. Gour Das and the Indas B.M.O.H. were of great help.
450 villagers of Somsar and its surrounding villages received Covishield vaccine.
