In commemoration of the 125th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s Chicago Addresses, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Coimbatore, conducted drawing, recitation, elocution and quiz competitions in August 2018, in the following educational institutions :
Thiruvalluvar Polytechnic College, Veerapandi, Coimbatore;
Victory Vidyalaya Hr. Sec. School, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore;
Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science for Women, Siddapudur, Coimbatore;
Bharathi Mat. Hr. Sec. School, Coimbatore;
SNS College of Technology, Coimbatore;
Competitions were conducted in the forenoon, which was followed by a gathering of students in the afternoon, in which prizes were awarded, talks were delivered by our monastic member, and skits on incidents from the life of Swamiji were performed by the students.
