1. Distribution on 5th January 2025
On Sunday, 5th January 2025, Ramakrishna Math, Cooch Behar, conducted a winter relief initiative in the Turturi Khanda and Raidak Gram Panchayats of the Kumargram and Alipurduar-II blocks in the Alipurduar district. The relief items distributed were as follows:
- 125 blankets (70 for males and 55 for females)
- 50 mosquito nets (19 for males and 31 for females)
- 110 saris (all for females)
- 53 sets of cotton wool sweaters, monkey caps, and socks (52 for males and 1 for a female)
- 172 jackets (135 for males and 37 for females)
- 40 sets of cotton wool sweaters (upper and lower) and socks for children (19 for boys and 21 for girls)
2. Distribution on 19th January 2025
On Sunday, 19th January 2025, in addition to their regular class lessons, Ramakrishna Math distributed essential items among 53 students and 4 teachers (a total of 57 beneficiaries). The distributed items included:
- 57 toothpaste tubes
- 57 toothbrushes
- 57 packets of detergent powder
- 114 packets of bath soap (2 packets per recipient)
- 57 oranges
- 10 geometry boxes
3. Distribution on 26th January 2025
On Sunday, 26th January 2025, Ramakrishna Math extended its winter relief efforts to beneficiaries in seven villages under the Madarihat block of Alipurduar district, including Madhya Madarihat, Pinki Chowpati, Uttar Chekamari, Pradhan Nagar, Meghnath Saha, and Madarihat. The distributed items were:
- 78 blankets (51 for males and 27 for females)
- 110 mosquito nets (33 for males and 77 for females)
- 172 saris (all for females)
- 40 sets of cotton wool sweaters (upper and lower) for children (12 for boys and 28 for girls)
