Ramakrishna Math, Bagda, conducted distribution of garments on the occasion of Sri Sri Durga Puja, among the members of needy families during Mahalaya to Maha Shasthi as per the following details.
- On the day of Mahalaya, 25 September 2022, a camp was arranged at Goalagara Path Mandir Campus. 400 sarees, 400 lungis and 400 towels were distributed among 400 female & 400 male members of 392 families came from 17 villages under Manbazar-I & Puncha block of Purulia district.
- 100 sarees, 100 lungis and 100 towels were distributed on 27 September 2022 among 100 female & 100 male members of 200 tribal families of 3 villages under Puncha block of Purulia district.
- 200 tribal youth and 50 children (boys & girls) belonging to 250 families of 5 villages under Puncha block of Purulia district have got 200 T-shirts/jerseys and 50 children garments on 28 September 2022.
- The garments distribution programme ended on 01 October 2022, Maha Shasthi, through a delightful cultural programme. 150 children garments were distributed among 150 boys and girls children of Goalagara Path Mandir under Puncha block of Purulia district.
