As a part of Social Welfare Activities, Ramakrishna Math, Bagda (Dt. Purulia), has taken a small effort during 2019-20 targeting girl students for rural development. The ashrama has distributed 875 LED torches in 11 schools under Manbazar-I, Manbazar-II, Hura & Puncha Blocks of Purulia District from 6 to 26 September 2019.
