This year due to an untimed depression and heavy rain, most of the farmers are badly affected in their paddy field as well as newly cultivated potato field. Most of the potato field decomposed with this rain water.
Ramakrishna Mission, Bajepratappur, Bardhaman collected 160 bags of potato seeds from the local seed distributors and donated the same to 320 poor cultivators, so that they could meet their crisis of money as well as seeds.
