Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math, through the centre Ramakrishna Sarada Ashrama, Baganchra, distributed 1257 Saris, 597 Lungis and 300 Dhutis among 1221 poor and needy families of nearby villages viz Baganchra bazarpara, Chandra colony, Pekepara, Malpara, Dhakapara of Santipur block, Tiabali and Kursi village of Krishnanagar block and Dishari of Santipur block from 2nd October 2024 to 24th November 2024 in which about 2154 people have been benefited.
