Ramakrishna Mission, Thirumukkudal, in partnership with Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, and Aravind Eye Hospital, Chennai, conducted a successful eye camp on September 22, 2024. The event was held in the village of Thirumukkudal, benefiting residents from neighboring villages like Pazhaveri, Arungkundram, Madur, Sirumailoor, Chithalapakkam, and more.
The camp provided essential medical services to 130 patients, including 67 men and 63 women. Forty-four patients received new eyeglasses, while 18 individuals were identified as in-patients and referred for cataract surgery.
