Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Silchar continued its relief operations among those affected by ethnic violence in Jiribam, Manipur, and who have taken refuge in Cachar, Assam. The centre distributed 6958 kg rice, 1652 kg pulses, 408 kg soya chunks, 1652 litres cooking oil, 826 kg salt, 413 kg milk powder and 300 bars of bathing soap among 1176 families from 28 June to 10 July.
