Ramakrishna Mission, Cooch Behar has been conducting a Vivekananda Study Circle at Madhu Tea Garden, Kalchini Block (Alipurduar), for the past few years, providing basic education and daily refreshments to about 50 students of Classes I to VI under the guidance of monks and volunteer teachers.
On 17 August 2025, a special day was observed with the students. A festive lunch was served — about 60 plates (including rice, eggs, salad, papad, etc.) — to the students, teachers, volunteers, and some local people.
