The Foundation Stone Laying ceremony of the Higher Secondary section of Ramakrishna Mission High School, Asansol, was held on 25 March 2024, the holy Birthday of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu celebrated as Dol Purnima. The new building is proposed to be constructed adjacent to the present school building. The foundation stone was laid by Swami Suvirananda ji, General Secretary, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, in the presence of monks and dignitaries. A public meeting was arranged after laying of the foundation stone.
