The Foundation Stone of the Monks’ Quarters (Residential Building) was laid at Ramakrishna Mission, Dibrugarh, on 28th January 2024, by Swami Balabhadranandaji Maharaj, Assistant General Secretary, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, in the august presence of Swami Achyuteshanandaji Maharaj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Narottam Nagar; Shri Rameswar Teli, Hon’ble Minister of State, Petroleum and Natural Gas & Labour and Employment, Govt. of India, and Dr. Saikat Patra, Chairperson, Dibrugarh Municipal Board.
Shri Prasanta Phukan, MLA, Dibrugarh, was also invited on the occasion, but he could not attend the programme.
More than 200 devotees from Dibrugarh and nearby places assembled on the occasion. All of them partook of the lunch Prasad served after the event.
