Ramakrishna Math, Chengam, in collaboration with Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, successfully organized a free eye camp on January 4, 2025, at Chengam. During the camp, 219 patients (99 male and 120 female) underwent eye screenings. Following the screening, 28 patients (10 male and 18 female) were identified as requiring cataract surgery and were subsequently admitted to Arvin Eye Hospital in Pondicherry for further treatment.
