On 16 December 2017, a renovated community hall at Nagrabera village near Ranchi, Jharkhand, was inaugurated by Sri Sunil Kumar Barnwal, Secretary to Chief Minister, Jharkhand. He visited the farm and took interest on various farming activities of Vivekananda Seva Sangha, Nagrabera, which is continuing to educate farmers under the guidance of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama (Divyayan Krishi Vijnan Kendra), Ranchi. In his address to the villagers, Sri Barnwal stressed on the proper use of abundant natural resources of the area, and to do proper cultivation which will not only develop the village, but also motivate other farmers, which in turn help in the development of Jharkhand. Sri Barnwal also visited the Barwatoli Vivekananda Seva Sangha and told that 20 years back he visited that village where there was no school and how Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Ranchi, started night school for the villagers through Vivekananda Seva Sangha to spread education.
