The modified & modernized kitchen- Annapurna Bhavan, for 700 tribal students was inaugurated in Ramakrishna Mission, Hatamuniguda on 25 April 2022 by Swami Sarvalokananda, Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission, Narendrapur, West Bengal.
Revered Swami Suvirananda ji Maharaj, General Secretary, Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission attended the programme virtually. He expressed his satisfaction with the progress of the Ashrama and the all-around development of its students. He also wished the Ashrama a bright future.
Smt. Jayashree Tripathy,  Financial Adviser- cum- Additional Secretary to the Govt. of Odisha, ST & SC Development Department attended the programme as Chief Guest and in her address, she urged the students to utilize this wonderful opportunity properly and build their life in the light of the great teachings of  Swami Vivekananda.
Shri Anil Kumar Mahato, Co-ordinator, RNVL Projects, New Delhi, who was the Special Guest on the occasion expressed his satisfaction for the proper execution of the project and conveyed his gratitude to the management committee of the Ashrama, especially to its Secretary. He also advised the students to imbibe the message of Swami Vivekananda and build their future accordingly.
Shri P. Karunakaraa Rao, Sr. DGM, RNVL, Project Implementation Unit, Waltier attended the programme as the representative of Shri Ajoy Kumar, Director (Personnel) and Chairman, CSR Committee, RNVL, New Delhi who could not attend due to some sudden pressuring circumstances.
Earlier, Swami Gitatmananda, Secretary welcomed the guests and expressed his sincere gratitude to RVNL for their support for the much-needed project for the benefit of tribal students. He also thanked all those who helped implement the project.
The students presented some cultural events like Tribal Dance and Yoga Dance etc.
